Reset your account password

Reset a password as follows:

1. For copy-trading accounts, go to Copy Trading → My Accounts.
For MAM accounts, got to MAM → My Accounts.

2. Select the account.

3. To go to the account details, click the account login displayed at the top of the account card.

4. On the Account Details page, go to Settings.

5. Click Reset password.

6. Select either of the two options:

• Random method setup – to genearte a new password
• Custom method setup – to enter a new password

7. Click Proceed.

8. If you selected the Random method setup option, check your incoming emails. The generated password has been sent to the email address that you use for signing in to the Web UI.

9. If you selected Custom method setup option, enter in the popup a confirmation code sent to your email address, and then click Proceed.

10. In the Enter password popup, enter a new password, and then confirm the new password by re-entering it. After that, click Proceed.

You've successfully changed the password of the selected trading account.
